Travel by public transport

By bus:

On matchdays, the NEW shuttle buses runs from Hauptbahnhof Rheydt/Mittelstraße (opposite platform 4) to BORUSSIA-PARK every five minutes, starting three hours before kick-off.

It is also possible to take the bus from Künkelstraße to BORUSSIA-PARK. Buses run every 20 minutes, starting two hours before kick-off.

Buses also run from the Busbahnhof Wegberg to the stadium. For 15:30 kick-offs on Saturdays, departures are at 12:59 and 14:24. Between 12:48 and 14:48, there are NEW extra buses running every 30 minutes.

The return buses from the stadium travel to Hauptbahnhof Mönchengladbach and Hauptbahnhof Rheydt, and end around two hours after full time.

There are different departure times for DFB Cup games and international fixtures.

Hauptbahnhof / Europaplatz

The new buses on line 017 also travel from the city centre (bus stop Europaplatz/Hauptbahnhof) to bring fans quickly to BORUSSIA-PARK.

The new shuttle buses run from Platz der Republik (behind the main train station) to the stadium every five minutes, beginning three hours before kick-off and running until two hours after full time. The journey lasts around 15 minutes.

The match ticket price includes free travel with the local transport providers.

The shuttle buses run to BORUSSIA-PARK exclusively on matchdays. On non-matchdays, bus line 17 travels to 'Am Borussiapark' and 'Nordpark Busbahnhof' every 20 minutes. Both bus stops are within walking distance of the stadium.
