Anonymous data collection

You can in principle visit the Borussia websites without disclosing your identity. We learn only the name of your internet service provider, the website from where you visit us, and the pages you visit on our websites. This information is used exclusively for statistical purposes. You remain anonymous as an individual user.

The personal data that is collected will be used primarily for processing contracts and answering enquiries. We hereby attach great importance to ensuring we collect only data that is absolutely necessary.

We also use and process your information to keep you informed by post about our products, services and campaigns (e.g. bonus programmes) that may be of interest to you and possibly to carry out customer surveys.

These companies may use your personal data only to perform their work on our behalf and are obliged to comply with the pertinent data protection regulations.

Sometimes we may have to disclose your data on the grounds of statutory regulations or legal proceedings. Your personal data will not otherwise be disclosed to third parties.

No creation of customer profiles

We expressly draw your attention to the fact that your personal data will not be collated to create customer profiles. This applies in particular to the use of personalised "Borussia Cards" (season tickets, customer cards). All we can do is determine how much business you have transacted with personalised "Borussia Cards" (e.g. for participation in bonus programmes).
