Borussia welcomed Michael Lang back into training on Tuesday afternoon ahead of their home game against TSG Hoffenheim this Saturday (15:30 CEST).
There was further good news from training: Lars Stindl (tibia fracture) and Raffael (calf) were both able to complete some individual training. All other players took part in training. Michael Lang was back for the first time, having been with a muscle injury for some time. “It’s a good feeling to be back on the pitch with the boys,” said the full-back. Mamadou Doucouré has also been progressing after his thigh injury and will soon be back in training too.
Two sessions on Wednesday
Following on from the first training session on Tuesday afternoon, there are now four more training sessions: On Wednesday, there will be two training sessions, but only the afternoon session (15:30 CEST) will be open to the public. Borussia fans can also attend Thursday morning's training session (10:00 CEST). The final session on Friday won’t be public before Gladbach take on TSG Hoffenheim on Saturday (15:30 CEST) in their penultimate home game of the season.
