The away game win at Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga on Sunday will also have to be played behind closed doors.
After tonight’s game against 1. FC Köln at BORUSSIA-PARK, the Foals will have to play their Bundesliga match against Eintracht Frankfurt on Sunday behind closed doors. Stefan Majer, the Health Minister of Frankfurt made the announcement during a press conference on Wednesday. Whilst Frankfurt’s game away in Basel will be played in front of supporters on Thursday night, their game at the weekend must be played behind closed doors. “The game against Gladbach will have to take place behind closed doors. There are too many people travelling from different places to watch this game and so due to the current outbreak of Coronavirus, we don’t deem it to be safe for supporters,” said Majer.
