Bundesliga will remain suspended until at least 2nd April on account of the continued outbreak of the coronavirus. This follows a decision by the DFL at an extraordinary general meeting earlier today.
DFL recommended a suspension of all Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga activities until 2nd April. This recommendation was approved by the 36 clubs present, thus matchday 27 becomes the latest matchday to be postponed. The Fohlen were due to play Bayer Leverkusen at BORUSSIA-PARK this coming weekend.
Due to the initially planned international break, league activity will now be on hold until 2nd April. Whether or not games can resume after that date will be decided on 30th March.
