Hack named Borussia's Player of the Month for March

Robin Hack has been voted as Borussia's Player of the Month for March. The 25-year-old finished ahead of Moritz Nicolas and Franck Honorat in this month's vote, presented by Cichon Personalmanagement.

The attacker finished with 67% of the vote, finishing ahead of Moritz Nicolas (23%) and Franck Honorat (10%).

Hack was in strong form during what was a tough month for the Foals. His standout game came during the 3-3 draw against local rivals 1. FC Köln, in which he scored a brace just 177 seconds after coming off the bench (70') to turn a 2-1 deficit into a 3-2 lead for the Foals. Andree Wiedener back in September 1993 is the only other player in Bundesliga history to also score twice within three minutes of coming off the bench. Hack would go on to add another goal to his tally in the 1-1 draw against Heidenheim, as he opened the scoring.

The attacker arrived in Mönchengladbach in summer 2023 from Arminia Bielefeld, and has since scored eight goals and provided three assists in 27 competitive games for Borussia.
