Fabian Otte to become a goalkeeper coach at Borussia

Fabian Otte will join Borussia Mönchengladbach’s coaching staff on 1st July 2021 as a goalkeeper coach. He will succeed Steffen Krebs, who is moving to VfB Stuttgart.

Uwe Kamps will remain in charge of goalkeeper coaching at Borussia. Fabian Otte is currently a goalkeeper coach at Burnley FC in the  Premier League. Prior to that, the 30-year-old was a goalkeeper coach with TSG Hoffenheim's U23s and with the New Zealand women's national team. Steffen Krebs joined Borussia in 2018 from TSG Hoffenheim U23s and is now moving to VfB Stuttgart, where he worked in the academy from 2009 to 2015.

Steffen Krebs will leave Borussia to join VfB Stuttgart.

Ten-man Borussia suffer first defeat of the season

Matchday 5 in the Bundesliga was rounded off at BORUSSIA-PARK on Sunday evening, where the Foals were beaten 1-0 by 1. FSV Mainz 05. Gladbach played the final 35 minutes with ten men following a straight red card for Ko Itakura.
