Patrick Herrmann to retire from playing in the summer
Patrick Herrmann will retire from playing in the summer after 16 years at Borussia, including 15 as a member of the first team. The 33-year-old will remain at Gladbach in a non-playing capacity.

Borussia would like to thank every Foal for their support over the past year, one that has been very challenging. We would want to wish you luck, success and above all good health in the new year. The Foals have been back in training since Wednesday ready to kick off the new year away at Arminia Bielefeld, with our first Bundesliga game of 2021 on Saturday, 2nd January from 15:30 CET.
