Conor Noß makes his debut for Ireland U21s

Borussia U23s midfielder Conor Noß made his debut for Republic of Ireland’s U21s in a 2-1 friendly win over Wales. The 20-year-old started the game at Colliers Park in Wrexham.

Connor Noß from Borussia U23s was called up by Ireland U21s coach Jim Crawford for the first time for a four-day camp plus a friendly against Wales U21s. The 20-year-old was named in the starting XI in Wrexham to make his debut and even assisted his side’s first goal, scored by Jonathan Afolabi. Joe Adams initially gave the hosts the lead (16’), before Afolabi’s equaliser (76’). Morgan Boyes scored the winner then a minute later to give Noß and Ireland the win.
