Fabian Otte to become a goalkeeper coach at Borussia

Fabian Otte will join Borussia Mönchengladbach’s coaching staff on 1st July 2021 as a goalkeeper coach. He will succeed Steffen Krebs, who is moving to VfB Stuttgart.

Uwe Kamps will remain in charge of goalkeeper coaching at Borussia. Fabian Otte is currently a goalkeeper coach at Burnley FC in the  Premier League. Prior to that, the 30-year-old was a goalkeeper coach with TSG Hoffenheim's U23s and with the New Zealand women's national team. Steffen Krebs joined Borussia in 2018 from TSG Hoffenheim U23s and is now moving to VfB Stuttgart, where he worked in the academy from 2009 to 2015.

Steffen Krebs will leave Borussia to join VfB Stuttgart.

DFL announces dates and times of Bundesliga matchdays 8 and 9

The DFL announced the dates and times for Bundesliga matchdays 8 and 9 on Thursday. Borussia will travel to Bremen on Saturday evening and take on Köln on Sunday afternoon.

New signing Ngoumou takes part in first training session with the Foals

New signing Nathan Ngoumou took part in his first training session with the team on Wednesday, as preparations for the weekend’s Bundesliga game against Mainz got underway. Ramy Bensebaini was able to return and complete parts of team training, while Alassane Plea and Stefan Lainer participated in an individual session.
