Fabian Otte to become a goalkeeper coach at Borussia

Fabian Otte will join Borussia Mönchengladbach’s coaching staff on 1st July 2021 as a goalkeeper coach. He will succeed Steffen Krebs, who is moving to VfB Stuttgart.

Uwe Kamps will remain in charge of goalkeeper coaching at Borussia. Fabian Otte is currently a goalkeeper coach at Burnley FC in the  Premier League. Prior to that, the 30-year-old was a goalkeeper coach with TSG Hoffenheim's U23s and with the New Zealand women's national team. Steffen Krebs joined Borussia in 2018 from TSG Hoffenheim U23s and is now moving to VfB Stuttgart, where he worked in the academy from 2009 to 2015.

Steffen Krebs will leave Borussia to join VfB Stuttgart.

Foals draw 2-2 at Schalke after conceding last-minute penalty

Borussia Mönchengladbach drew 2-2 at FC Schalke 04 on matchday 2 of the new Bundesliga season. The hosts equalised in injury time from the penalty spot after Jonas Hofmann and Marcus Thuram had turned a 1-0 deficit into a 2-1 lead.
