A total of ten Gladbach players have been selected to represent their respective national sides
GERMANY
Hansi Flick, head coach of the German national team, has once again nominated Jonas Hofmann (photo) for his UEFA Nations League squad. Germany will welcome Hungary on Friday, 23rd September, before heading to London to meet England at Wembley on Monday, 26th September.
SWITZERLAND
Yann Sommer and Nico Elvedi have both been named in the Switzerland squad to take on Spain and the Czech Republic in the Nations League. They will visit Zaragoza on Saturday, 24th September before welcoming the Czech side on Tuesday, 27th September to St. Gallen.
AUSTRIA
Austrian head coach Ralf Rangnick has included Stefan Lainer in the squad set to face France and Croatia in the Nations League. Lainer and his teammates will head to Paris first, facing Les Bleus on Thursday, 22nd September, before returning to Vienna where they will take on Croatia on Sunday, 25th September. Hannes Wolf has been named as a reserve.
LUXEMBOURG
Yvandro Borges Sanches has been called up once again to the Luxembourg senior squad, as the side meet Turkey and Lithuania in the Nations League. The first game will be played in Istanbul on Thursday, 22 September, and the second in Luxembourg on Sunday, 25th September.
USA
Joe Scally has been selected by USMNT head coach Gregg Berhalter for the squad set to take on Japan and Saudi Arabia in two international friendlies. The United States will play the first game in Düsseldorf on Friday, 23rd September, before travelling to Murcia, Spain, for the second fixture on Tuesday, 27th September.
ALGERIA
Gladbach left-back Ramy Bensebaini will be part of the Algerian squad taking on Guinea and Nigeria in two international friendlies. Both games will be played in Algeria – against Guinea in Constantine on Friday, 23rd September, and against Nigeria in Oran on Tuesday, 27th September.
GERMANY U21s
Luca Netz and Jordan Beyer, who is currently on loan at Burnley, have both been included in the Germany U21 squad for a pair of international friendlies against two top class opponents. Germany play host to France on Friday, 23rd September, before heading to Sheffield to meet England on Tuesday, 27th September.
FRANCE U21s
As for the French U21s, Gladbach have two representatives in Manu Koné and Nathan Ngoumou. They will play Germany on Friday, 23rd September, and then Belgium in Valenciennes on Monday, 26th September.
