The Foals have a refurbished homepage!

Borussia have completely relaunched the club’s homepage. As part of this, the foreign languages on offer have also been expanded.

From Wednesday onwards, www.borussia.de will have a fresh look and will offer lots of content and news. The Foals’ website has a more modern feel to it and is laid out much more clearly than before. On one side, visitors can access various areas of the club website, including the club shop, tickets, membership, TV, museum, academy, tours, eSports, and part-time job portal. The new homepage is made up of different modules that are grouped together to give a clearer overall structure. The content is presented to the user in a visually appealing way through several interactive features, such as picture galleries, videos, maps and animations.

New French-language website

As part of the relaunch, a French version of the website has been added to the languages that are already available (German, English, Dutch, Chinese and Spanish). The changes from the relaunch are not just superficial. Through so-called ‘intelligent hosting’, every component of the site is created twice in the background meaning that downtimes of the homepage will be drastically reduced. The servers are connected to the Internet via high-speed 10G lines. Borussia worked closely with the digital agency ‘Meap’ from Witten to implement the relaunch.
