Interwetten become Borussia’s new co-sponsor

Sports betting provider Interwetten will be Borussia’s new co-sponsor and statistics partner until at least 2025.

Interwetten was founded in Vienna in 1990 as a sports betting provider. The company went online in 1997 and became a pioneer of online sports betting. Today, Interwetten are an online entertainment company with an international presence. They offer not only a classic sports betting programme, but also a wide-range of slot-based games. Interwetten have a sports betting licence for the German market and have agreed to work with Borussia until at least 2025.

“We are very excited about this partnership,” said Borussia’s authorised representative, Guido Uhle. “The fans can also look forward to a partner, that will offer lots of promotions and unique aspects where they are the focus.” As well as offers for the fans in the stadium, supporters on Borussia’s social channels and users of the FohlenApp will also be involved.

We are therefore looking forward to working with Borussia Mönchengladbach, a club which also places great emphasis on tradition. Borussia reports second-highest turnover for 2023

During the annual general meeting for club members on Monday, 22nd March, Borussia chief executive Stephan Schippers gave his financial report for 2023. The club’s approximately €199.8 million of turnover is around €22 million more than last year.
