Ullrich absent until the end of the year due to shoulder injury

Following a shoulder injury, Borussia will be without Lukas Ullrich until the end of this year.

Gladbach defender Lukas Ullrich has sustained an injury to his shoulder and was successfully operated on yesterday in a specialist hospital in Berlin by a leading shoulder expert. The 19-year-old will be out of action until the end of the year.

Ullrich transferred from Hertha BSC to Mönchengladbach in the summer, making two brief first team appearances for the Foals so far. The Germany U20s international also recorded a total of eight appearances for Borussia's U23s in the Regionalliga West.
